ANDALUCIA...where I live
 
Andalucia has been my home since 1994.  So, in answer to a question I get asked time and time again 'Do you like it?'  well, you could say 'Yes, I do'.
 
I have lived in the same small house in the same village for more than 16 years now and it never fails in its ability to make me feel at home and safe.
 
I hear people say that the Costa del Sol is nothing more than high rise buildings, fish and chips and cups of tea...venture inland from the coastal strip and you will find a very different Spain, white villages, countryside which seems to go on and on and on, the sound of horses clip clopping through narrow village street and where little girls can be seen in flamenco dresses.
 
This is the world where I take my camera, discovering old wooden doors, cool quiet corners, disappearing images, places where you can find 'the old Spain' .
